Contract Administrator

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our South Australian division based in Penfield. You will be a key part of a supportive and professional team, providing essential administrative support to ensure our project operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to our project delivery and operational success, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing general office management and administration duties.
• Using and managing cost control software (experience with Pronto or similar systems is ideal).
• Compiling records and data using advanced Excel skills.
• Preparing tender submissions and actively managing opportunities from identification to submission.
• Following up on tender submissions with clients to drive results.
• Handling monthly invoicing and payment claims.
• Supporting project operations, including purchasing, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
• Managing compliance records, including WHS Monitor and other databases like DAMSTRA and 3D platforms.
• Providing high-quality assistance with client safety database management.

What we’re looking for:

We’re searching for a proactive, organised individual with a proven background in administrative support and a passion for delivering results. Key skills and qualifications include:

• A minimum of 5 years of corporate administration experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including advanced skills in Excel and Word.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and operational requirements.
• A professional attitude with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
