We are in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Support to enhance our dynamic team. This role, reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Manager, is crucial for managing sales inquiries, engaging with customers directly, and contributing to our sales strategy through meticulous research and development.

Site Location: Keysborough, Victoria

Duration: 6 to 12 month maternity leave position, with potential for full-time permanent employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master our sales processes and product offerings.
  • Handle sales and customer inquiries collaboratively.
  • Utilise advanced software tools for comprehensive customer, job, and financial data management.
  • Drive lead generation and sales discovery through diligent research and development.
  • Support the sales team in strategy formulation and execution.
  • Commit to our OH&S Policy by maintaining high safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Pronto, Reckon, LeGrand CRM, MS Office, and similar tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for engaging and understanding client needs.
  • Strong inclination towards research, development, and lead generation.
  • Quick learner with a deep understanding or willingness to learn about our services and products.
