Landscape and Hydromulching Crew Member

You’ll play a crucial role in the delivery of major and minor infrastructure works, soft landscaping projects, commercial landscaping endeavors, hydroseeding operations, and natural resource management initiatives, including bushland and revegetation management. Based at our Berry Yard location in NSW or Campbelltown NSW, you will be an integral part of our site-based team, engaging in manual handling landscaping activities while adhering to the strict health and safety regulations that govern our industry.

Key responsibilities:

As part of our team, your duties will involve:

  • Operate machinery with a focus on minimising risks
  • Ensure correct PPE usage
  • Undertake construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation of landscapes
  • Execute hydromulching operations
  • Conduct site preparation and clearing activities
  • Plant terrestrial and aquatic plants
  • Install revegetation products
  • Maintain landscapes, apply chemicals, and use equipment
  • Record and monitor works undertaken
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance of tools, equipment, personal protective gear, and company vehicles
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with team members, client representatives, and others at work
  • Contribute to a positive company culture and project outcomes
  • Comply with and contribute to the improvement of the Company Quality Assurance system
  • Prioritise personal and others’ health and safety
  • Collaborate with management to comply with WH&S Act.


We are looking for individuals with:

  • Horticultural studies or practical experience
  • HR license essential
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Manual driving license (NSW)
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements
  • Ability to assist landscaping crews and lift heavy items
  • Working knowledge of workplace safety requirements and procedures
  • Demonstrated practical experience in commercial landscaping
  • Practical experience with tractors and ride-on mowers
  • Familiarity with work practices and HSE outcomes
  • Proven interaction with management, staff, and client representatives
  • Adherence and contribution to Company OH&S system
  • Adherence to Quality Management System requirements
  • Contribution to the successful operation of ecoDynamics
  • Adherence to Company policies and procedures.
