State Manager (NSW), Landscaping

Ecodynamics Landscaping, a Division of the Ecodynamics Group, is a major commercial landscaper providing landscaping and natural resource management solutions in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

We have an exciting opportunity for a State Manager to join our team to deliver sustainable, profitable growth within the Ecodynamics New South Wales Landscaping business.

Reporting directly to and collaborating with the Landscaping Director of the Ecodynamics Group, you will own and set the strategy and direction across the Ecodynamics New South Wales Landscaping division, deliver the existing pipeline of work in South / South West NSW and identify and engage with new markets and clients to grow the business.

Based from our New South Wales Landscaping office in Berry, you will lead, guide, evaluate and develop a small team of commercial landscaping professionals to ensure that the New South Wales unit achieves all its business objectives.

You will be instrumental in promoting a strong shared culture between interstate business units.

Previous experience within the commercial landscape, NRM or civil construction industries is
required.

The successful incumbent will have proven skill in relation to strategic agility, people management,
customer focus, drive for results and commercial landscaping industry knowledge.

This is a full-time role located in Berry, New South Wales.  We are offering a competitive salary + super + vehicle.
