Supporting the Next Generation: ecoDynamics backs the 2025 AILA Fresh Mentorship Program

ecoDynamics is proud to continue our support of the AILA Fresh Mentorship Program, helping nurture the next generation of landscape architects in Victoria and South Australia.
Recently, Caroline Kelly and Dan Smith from our Mulch and Services team represented ecoDynamics at the annual AILA Fresh VIC Mentors Launch Night – an inspiring event that pairs experienced Landscape Architects with emerging professionals to foster growth, connection, and meaningful mentorship.
Caroline shared her reflections saying, “It’s an honour to be a partner of the AILA Fresh Mentorship Program. The energy on the night was incredible – it’s so inspiring to see seasoned professionals supporting the next generation. Initiatives like this help our industry grow stronger through collaboration and fresh ideas.”
Dan, who spoke on behalf of ecoDynamics, added, “Our Grassroots Impact Program values align perfectly with this program. Creating opportunities like this is essential to strengthening the landscape architecture community. We’re proud to support the future of our industry.”
At ecoDynamics, we believe that supporting programs like AILA Mentorship Program is part of our broader commitment to sustainability, industry leadership, and creating greener, healthier futures together.
