Commercial Landscape Construction Team Leaders

We seek team leaders to assist our Supervisors and Project Managers in delivering and maintaining our major civil infrastructure, local government and sub-divisional landscaping projects throughout East/South East Melbourne. Jobs we are currently working on include Western Port Highway Upgrade, Pound Road Upgrade and Narre Warren and Cardinia Road Level Crossing Removals.

The positions are permanent, full time, based on our main Baxter depot. We believe in promoting from within our company where possible so excellent development opportunities exist.

Who you are

• You have an interest in horticulture and have a good plant id knowledge
• You have the ability to lead, develop and inspire your team
• You communicate and work well with all manner of team members in a conscientious, respectful and inclusive way in line with the values of ecoDynamics
• You are reliable, have a desire and potential for ongoing development, and a willingness to be upskilled along the way
• You have a thorough knowledge of the use and maintenance of landscaping equipment, including brush cutters, spray packs, planting tools etc
• You can drive a manual vehicle, preferably with a medium or heavy rigid licence, although these licences can be provided to the successful candidates
• You have your construction induction (white) card (essential)
• You are physically fit and ready to work, although working smarter rather than working harder is always our goal
