Not a problem. If you’re interested in becoming a plant operator and getting your tickets, we can provide the onsite training and experience you need to progress your career.
Based out of our Keilor East depot, our West/North Landscaping team works on projects such as the West Gate Tunnel, M80 Upgrade and Glenroy/Old Geelong Road Level Crossing Removals.

Who you are
- You are physically fit and ready to work although working smarter rather than working harder is our goal
You have your construction induction (white) card (essential) - You have a knowledge of and interest in operating mobile plant on minor and major civil, local government and private projects
- You like working in the construction industry but want more life friendly and balanced hours and conditions
- You are licenced to drive a manual vehicle and preferably have your heavy rigid or heavy combination licence (although this is not essential)
- You are reliable, have a desire and potential for development and a willingness to be upskilled along the way
- You have the ability to communicate and work with all manner of team members in a conscientious, respectful and inclusive way.
