About the role
Key responsibilities
- Perform work primarily involving the skills of horticultural trade
- Engage in maintenance and/or development of gardens and specialised horticultural construction work
- Delivery of projects either individually or part of a team
- Execute landscaping projects in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise project efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Monitor and manage resources effectively to ensure optimal project outcomes.
Qualifications and requirements
- Possession of an HR truck license is preferred.
- HR, skid steer and/or excavator experience is highly regarded.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
