Lead and supervise a dynamic landscape project team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and execute landscaping projects in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.

·         Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise project efficiency and meet deadlines

·         Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members

·         Monitor and manage resources effectively to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

·         Oversee the planning and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

·         Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

·         Collaborate with project managers and other teams to achieve project goals and objectives

·         Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan

·         Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
