ecoDynamics celebrates one year as a Certified B Corporation
Growing greener futures through purpose-driven business
This month marks one year since ecoDynamics was certified as a B Corporation — a milestone that reflects the company’s commitment to using business as a force for good.
Over the past year, ecoDynamics has continued to build on its legacy of environmental leadership, community impact, and ethical business practices. From growing millions of native plants across its nurseries to restoring landscapes through large-scale infrastructure projects, the team has remained focused on creating lasting value for people and the planet.
“Becoming B Corp certified was a clear statement of our intent — a commitment to how we want to do business, and to our planet, our people, our customers, and our suppliers.,” says Nick Somes, Group CEO. “A year on, we’ve actively engaged with all these groups to share what being a B Corp truly means and to outline our vision for the future.”
Certified B Corporations are verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and governance. For ecoDynamics, achieving certification formalised what has long been embedded in its culture: balancing profit with purpose.
Since certification, ecoDynamics has:
- Strengthened local employment and training opportunities across regional communities.
- Partnered with suppliers and clients who share its commitment to environmental stewardship.
- Delivered large-scale native revegetation and infrastructure projects that protect biodiversity and connect communities to green spaces.
- Continued to improve internal sustainability measures across operations, from waste reduction to energy efficiency.
As ecoDynamics celebrates this milestone, the company is already looking forward to the next chapter — deepening its B Corp impact and inspiring others across the landscaping, construction, and nursery industries to do the same.
“Every tree we plant, every landscape we restore, and every person we employ contributes to something bigger,” Nick adds. “It’s about creating greener futures — together.”
