What is B Corp Month?

Every March, B Lab and the global B Corp community come together to celebrate what it means to be a B Corp – raising awareness of the movement and highlighting why transforming our economy for the better matters to everyone.

What is Gen B?

Gen B represents a new era of business – companies that believe in using business as a force for good. It’s not about age; it’s about a mindset. Gen B companies, like ecoDynamics, embed sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community impact into everything we do – from how we treat our employees to the way we deliver projects.

Our Grassroots Impact Program: the foundation of our B Corp journey

Long before we started our B Corp certification, our Grassroots Impact Program was already driving positive change. Since 2018, we’ve been tracking our data and reporting on our impact across projects, people, and the planet, including:

🌱 Growing and planting native species to support biodiversity and save threatened species.
🌱 Recycling timber into Mossrock Recycled Mulch, reducing waste and creating circular economy solutions.
🌱 Partnering with organisations like Polyglot Theatre, Hope Street Youth and Family Services, and Greening the West, supporting environmental and community initiatives.

These efforts directly contributed to our successful B Corp certification in 2024. Now, as a B Corp, we’re challenging ourselves to do even more – improving the way we measure, report, and increase our positive impact year after year.
