As a social enterprise, our Nursery donates 50% of profits to community greening initiatives that help offset the impacts of climate change. We have a strategic partnership with Greening the West to support their greening initiatives.

In 2022, Ecodynamics Nursery would like to use these funds to maximise the number of trees successfully planted in the Greening the West municipalities. These include Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Wyndham, Melton, Maribyrnong and Moonee Valley. We’ll do this by supporting community organisations and helping them to deliver more than they traditionally do.

We are seeking expressions of interest from community organisations within the western suburbs of Melbourne. We’d like to understand how we could provide you with the help and support you need to deliver planting projects in 2022.

The support we can offer includes:

  • Materials to support planting projects such as plants, mulch, tree guards and stakes
  • Labour and machinery to prepare sites
  • Support for planting days
  • Post installation maintenance

If you’re interested in applying for assistance, please email [email protected] for further information.

EOI’s will close Friday 21 January, with funding to be made available for the 2022 planting season.
