He commenced as a nursery hand at our Keilor depot undertaking many different roles within Victoria and South Australia including Nursery Manager, Operations Manager and Program Manager. Randall is now a senior Project Manager responsible for the Victorian project management team, sitting on the National Strategic Committee.

“After leaving school, I undertook an undergraduate degree in Criminology at Melbourne Uni. However, I found that I wanted a career that would make me happy, that could enable me to give back to the environment and that was more holistic. Horticulture seemed to fit the bill and fitted in with my values and beliefs about life.”
